Testimonials

"Altowood was really amazing. We contacted them after a difficult experience with a contractor who did shoddy work, and the process was such a welcome change in comparison.

We called, and connected right away. The bid was fast. The drawn plans arrived on time. We had a project schedule and the cabinets were done on cue. Eddie was insightful, professional, and truly a craftsman. The work was superb.

Communication was excellent throughout... Definitely engage Altowood if you're looking for something unique, handcrafted, and really well-done."
Rico, Houzz
"I've had the pleasure of working with Eddie and Altowood since 2017, and over the years he has become not only a trusted cabinet maker, but someone I really enjoy working with. Eddie is incredibly responsive, flexible, and always willing to take on a new challenge or figure out how to make an idea work—even when it's something he hasn't built before.

We've worked together on countless kitchens and baths, as well as bookcases, media cabinets, fold-down desks, and plenty of custom projects in between. I especially appreciate Eddie's willingness to collaborate and problem-solve. He is genuinely invested in finding the right solution.

After all these years and many projects together, I know I can call Eddie when I have a challenging idea and we'll figure it out together. That kind of relationship is hard to find, and I'm very grateful to have him as a part of my team."

Quality isn't a promise

It's a product. Every cabinet box, door margin, and finish coat gets checked by hand at every step of construction, on every project.

Measure twice, cut once

A measurement error caught before fabrication is a five-minute correction. The same error caught after is a remake. Every measurement is checked twice, by two different people, before cutting begins.
